If you have a large group, Mama has multiple listings all within the same neigborhood and next door to each other.  It's actually her neighborhood! Mama and her husband own 38 acres and a mobile home park. She has converted her rentals, in the mobile home park, from long-term rentals to short-term stays for the Hatfield McCoy Trails, kayaking the Coal River Water Trail, visiting the small towns of Madison and Danville, or hiking the nearby woods.

The "Hatfield" can accommodate 6 guests, is a very nice double-wide modular that has 3 private bedrooms,  2 private bathrooms, fire pit and outdoor space, with onsite parking.

Full-size kitchen equipped with COFFEE POT, pots pans, utensils, living room, towels, and linens are conveniently provided for our guests.

Gas grill is provided for outdoor cookouts.

After a great day of riding and exploring, relax by the fire at the outdoor fire pit.

Onsite parking for 3 trucks and trailers. Contact Mama at 304-688-4004 if you have more that 3 trucks and trailers. She can help you with additional parking on her property (she has lots of options).

Off-road enthusiasts can enjoy riding Jeeps, trucks, 4x4s, ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes on the mountain trails.

Only 30 minutes from the State Capital of Charleston, WV, and only 20 minutes from large shopping areas.

Kayaks can be delivered directly to you. River access can be found less than 1 mile away for kayaking on the Coal River Water Trail.

Enjoy a day in the sun at Water Ways outdoor water park, less than 5 miles.

The small towns of Madison and Danville offer various local restaurants, small boutiques, Coal Museum, grocery stores, and gas stations.

Our Facebook Page (Mountain Mama Lodging) will give you updates on the Hatfield McCoy Trail and things going on in our area!

Mama has all the southern hospitality that you will love! Mama is looking forward to your visit!
