If you have a large group, Mama has multiple listings all within the same neigborhood and next door to each other. It's actually her neighborhood! Mama and her husband own 38 acres and a mobile home park. She has converted her rentals, in the mobile home park, from long-term rentals to short-term stays for the Hatfield McCoy Trails, kayaking the Coal River Water Trail, visiting the small towns of Madison and Danville, or hiking the nearby woods.
She has all the southern hospitality that you will love! Mama is looking forward to your visit!
The "McCoy" is a very nice single wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms, 3 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, and 2 private bathrooms. It accommodates 7 guests
Full-size kitchen equipped with COFFEE POT, pots pans, utensils, living room, towels, and linens are conveniently provided for our guests.
Gas grill is provided for outdoor cookouts.
After a great day of riding and exploring, relax by the fire at the outdoor fire pit.
Plenty of onsite parking to accommodate 6 trucks and trailers. If you need additional parking, contact Mama at 304-688-4004. She additional parking on her property.
Off-road enthusiasts can enjoy riding Jeeps, trucks, 4x4s, ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes on the mountain trails.
Only 30 minutes from the State Capital of Charleston, WV, and only 20 minutes from large shopping areas.
Kayaks can be delivered directly to you. River access can be found less than 1 mile away for kayaking on the Coal River Water Trail.
Enjoy a day in the sun at Water Ways outdoor water park, less than 5 miles.
The small towns of Madison and Danville offer various local restaurants, small boutiques, Coal Museum, grocery stores, and gas stations.

We're on Camp Creek Road in a neighborhood that's a nice, quiet, family-friendly mobile home park. Mama owns the entire neighborhood! Many of her tenants are on the "Mountain Mama Team" and assist her with cleaning, check-in, firewood, ATV permits, and helping make your stay nice and enjoyable.
· We are 4.7 miles to the Ivy Branch Trail for off-road Jeep and ATV riding.
· Driving directions from Mountain Mama Lodging to the Hatfield McCoy-Ivy Branch Trailhead: Turn right onto Camp Creek Road, turn right on Rt 119. Drive 1 mile on the major 4-lane divided highway of Route 119, turn left on Rt 3 and travel 3 miles to the Trailhead.
· Route 119 is a major 4-lane highway but not the interstate
· Some ATV riders choose to trailer to the Ivy Branch Trail and some do not
